Knowing What You’re Getting Into
Players should understand the terms and rules of a bet before placing it. If anything is unclear:
- ask for an explanation of the event or game in question;
- get in touch with customer service for clarification;
- hold off on betting until you’ve understood every condition;
- don’t place a bet while the applicable rules and terms still aren’t fully clear to you.
Theoretical Return to Player (RTP)
The Return to Player, or RTP, is a theoretical figure showing what percentage of stakes flows back to players over the long run. It’s indicative and guarantees no particular win. Real results can land anywhere either side of it, whether that’s a win or a loss.
